You will find a bookstore, old house with patio where you can bbq, take diner or sit next to the fireplace and read a book. First floor you can mix a drink on the balcony you can watch stars /paint. Playground for the children and lots of place to sit and relax. A swimmingpool is at the back of the lot with the possibility to take a sunbath in one of the deckchairs. For those sims who like to fish, try and see if you can catch some. Have fun. Fully furnished and tested.
