This is a free remake of my original Tropical Bachelor Pad, it is still amazing but no CC!
This stunning home was based on the fantastic 'fish house' by GUZ Architects. This 3-Story home was designed for a bachelor/ette in mind, but will suit a young couple, or with some expanding (there's plenty of room) a very lucky family. The outside features a massive pool wrapped in tropical greenery, mosaic tilling designed to resemble bright sand and includes a peaceful lounge area secluded from the sun, space for plenty of cars and even a professional gnubb court! The first floor plays host to an ultra modern kitchen with mirrored splash-back and stainless steel appliances; Also a large lounge room and gym over looking the property's fabulous front yard view. The second floor is dedicated solely to the massive master bedroom overlooking the finest views money can buy, this stunning room includes a lounge area, walk in wardrobe and personal ensuite. Third floor is a fantastic bar/entertainment area with built in fish tanks; And then moves on to the main feature of this property, the shark tank! This is a wonderful addition to any home and really brings out the tropical feel of the property, as an added bonus your Sims are even able to swim with the shark, if they're game enough!
