Created for: The Sims 3

This slightly eerie residential lot doubles as a workshop for artists of rather eclectic tastes. There's all sorts of media available to express one's inner ghoulish qualities: painting, tattoo art, drafting tables and inventing workstations at your disposal, should you choose to stay awhile. Inspired by the HySy ArtMask Studio from the Tokyo Ghoul anime.

With the exterior I was inspired by the manga version of Uta's store. The room with the mannequins was taken from the anime, however, as well as the staircase area. The rest was totally made up. I was going for a vaguely hipster/emo/punk industrial artsy fartsy Japanese goth vibe. Ehhhh.... Whatever, I like it.

On the ground level there's a tattoo parlor, office with an Inventing Workstation, half bath, waiting area, garage, and the mannequin shop with a PC Savvy Seller's register. The PC rugs are under the WA display cases, so visiting sims can buy whatever you choose to put on them.

On the second floor there's another waiting area, leading to the big artist workshop room (full of easels, and a drafting table). To the side is a rec room with a dj booth, exercise equipment, board breaker, and two UNI science thingamajigs cuz reasons. There is also a living area, small EIK with an ITF synthesizer, full bathroom, and master bedroom.

The basement level by the elevators can be expanded if you want more rooms, or a place to hide the bodies.....
