I built the lot in Twinbrook, 178 Savannah Lane. This time I didn't do too much landscaping, because most MB's went into the house and the interior. Feel free to place the house on a much bigger plot of land and go crazy with the terrain. Maybe I'll update it later with a nice spring garden.

I didn't use any Store items and I try to stay away from stuff packs, although lately I do use more than I used to, simply because Sims 3 has been out there for ages, and most downloaders have all the stuff packs.

Some goodies I have in my CC folder include the wonderful items made by Luna Sims Lulamai. They are included in the download, unfortunately their site hasn't been working since a long time.
