Lenox Sim-Pierce took the world by storm during the 2044 Pan-Am games and went on to become a world famous Olympic swimmer. He stunned all of Simdom by giving back his gold medals several years later because he admitted to the use of Egg Nog as an ability enhancer. His Estate, however, was built during his best years and was even golden colored to reflect his winnings. The second floor has four bedrooms, three bedrooms and a balcony. The first floor consists of a fourth bathroom and all formal areas including a trophy room. The best feature of the house is the lap pool across the backyard where Sim-Pierce practiced daily.
