Many years ago, an elderly but lonely widow by the name of Morgan Fields met and married a much younger woman of stunning beauty by the name of Sage. Sage was madly in love with her husband and they lived happily on this charming estate on the outskirts of Old Towne. They both died in a tragic fire that started when young Sage took up cooking with no skill whatsoever. The House was rescued and restored and is now available to your Sims... if they don't mind the ghost of Sage wandering around the two ponds! The second floor consists of two large bedrooms with bathrooms as well as a balcony overlooking the backyard. On the first floor there is a massive Master suite and two more bathrooms as well as a kitchen, dining room and oversized living room. The yard has been professionally landscaped around the ponds and the swimming pool in the front of the home.
