The Lake House is one of those darling places that rich people keep for hot summer weekends to "get away" from the hustle and bustle of the city. The Lake (really it's a pond) connects to the river across the back of the property. There are three large bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second floor. On the first floor there is a large eat-in kitchen, a living room and a den or study, as well as a half-bath. The yard has been professionally landscaped around the swimming pool in front of the home and the pond in the back.
