Sir Dreki made his fortune on the Sim-Exchange and commissioned this home for his very demanding wife. The wife was so picky that three famous architects quit before the floorplan could be finished. Once it was finally finished, however, Dreki's wife decided she would rather live on the beach and this lovely home is now available for your sim. The Dreki's Place floorplan has an extensively landscaped yard with a pond and a swimming pool in the back and a fountain surrounded by a reflecting pool in the front. The second floor has five bedrooms and three bathrooms as well as a balcony. The first floor has a kitchen with a breakfast nook, a formal living room, a formal dining room, a game room, a study, a large bathroom that doubles as a changing area and an indoor swimming pool.
