Inspired by Medusa's shop in The Rescuers, this is a three-story building with ground floor pawn shop and luxurious converted apartment on the upper floors, with a ''front' door situated at the rear with a basement and underpass parking. Customers may want to hang tightly onto their diamonds!

In 'The Rescuers', Rufus the cat refers to Medusa's Pawn Shop as 'seedy' and so to get it just right, I thought it best to build this in Midnight Hollow. No terrain paints were harmed in the making of this lot, and so it can be easily placed in any world and it also designed to fit onto a larger slot between similar styled buildings. The residential area is furnished and decorated throughout, but the shop floor and basement are free to fill up with whatever trinkets and treasures you desire. The interior design of the apartment was largely inspired by Medusa's houseboat in Devil's Bayou.
