Modern, tropical themed house featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 with en-suite bathrooms, kitchen/diner, living room and special feature pool room with a swim-out entrance. The house has a warm, wood-crafted feel to it, combining modern features with natural materials.

The theme is mostly browns and greens with full wood flooring throughout. Outside there is a decking area with pergola for outside dining and partys.
On the ground floor is the living room, leading onto the pool room, which leads through to the kitchen diner. The upper floor contains 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 with en-suite facilities - one of the ensuites is located in the loft area from a staircase located in the bedroom.
